This is from 170 ? Atlantic Ave in the 90’s…Can’t find the original or the file with more taken the same day. This image rotates through my screensaver so I see it a lot.

I met Al at Beards in Bay Ridge when I was 18 or so. He used to greet me by punching me in the chest. I was a punk……LOL!

I met Al in 1982 when I worked for George, building sets for advertisement. A few month later Suzan and I moved into the 6th floor. That was the beginning of an unforgettable period of 8 years that significantly shaped my life thanks to Al’s generosity, creativity and vision.

Hardly know what to say…. and miss our frequent phone calls. Like a cousin to me and a life long friend, he and his mom who knew all my relatives not gone is a link to our heritage.
